Program Purpose:

The Try & Buy (T&B) program allows customers to evaluate a handheld x-ray unit in their own clinical environment before committing to purchase. The program reduces the perceived risk associated with investing in new equipment.

Program Overview:

The T&B period is 1 week, beginning on the date of UPS delivery to the customer’s practice. During the T&B period, the customer agrees to test the functionality of the unit in their practice setting and make an informed decision to either purchase or return the device. If the customer decides to buy, a brand-new unit will be shipped, and the T&B unit must be returned upon delivery of the new one. The T&B device is a previously used demo unit that has been inspected and tested to meet factory specifications. Units may show minor cosmetic wear (e.g., scratches) from prior demonstration use.

Requirements:

A commitment to purchase is required - this is not a loaner program. This program is only available thru the authorized dealers and reps. User must follow operating instructions provided with the unit, and if necessary contact Phoenix Imaging for a quick online demonstration. Customer agrees to a check-in call from Phoenix Imaging Representative. Customer will be billed for a T&B unit if not returned within 2 weeks of T&B end date. All T&B shipments (to and from) are covered by Phoenix Imaging - UPS return label provided inside the product shipment.
